Through 10 years of working closely together, founder and owner, Marisa Farinha Lloyd and Integrated medical practitioner, Dr Ela Manga have developed processes that are grounded and relevant for the challenges of modern life. The experiences and modalities support physical healing, deepen self awareness and inspires personal growth.

Dr Ela is a medical doctor who integrates western with the most appropriate and effective natural therapies. Her approach is heart centered and healing orientated and takes into account the whole person. Immediate health concerns are seen in context of other physical and emotional symptoms and unique life circumstances. A strategy is designed in partnership with you to support optimum health and a conscious lifestyle.

It is a powerful yet simple technology that supports physical and emotional health, ignites inspiration and transforms organisations .It is a empowering tool that can be accessed at any time in any circumstance. The benefits of breathwork can be experienced through a private session, couple session, specifically designed group process, monthly workshop or deep immersion retreats.
Write of Passage Writing Therapy
Write of Passage is a creative writing journey that taps into the emotional impressions of the heart and soul. Guided by Writing Therapist and Book Coach, Natasha Mansour, a series of creative writing workshops are explored via monthly group writing circles. Each writing session is themed to be fun, carefee, insightful and liberating – and ultimately crafted to accelerate the journey to personal happiness. No writing experience is required. Regular hatha yoga classes are held with experienced yoga teacher, Geraldine Anderson. Private therapeutic classes can also be arranged.
